Shipping Regions
Huchflex currently ships to addresses within Canada and the United States. We are based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and are proud to serve customers throughout North America.
Please note: We do not currently ship to international addresses outside of Canada and the US.
Shipping Costs
Canada
FREE SHIPPING IN CALGARY*
*Minimum order of 3 packs required for free shipping in Calgary. Orders with fewer items will incur shipping charges.
Rest of Alberta pays a flat fee of $20 for all purchases.
All other Canadian provinces pay a flat fee of $30 for all purchases below 5kg.
For purchases above 5kg, the best shipping cost will be quoted accordingly.

United States
$50 CAD Flat Rate
All orders shipped to the United States are charged a flat shipping fee of $50 CAD.
Minimum Order Requirements
To qualify for free shipping within Calgary, a minimum order of 3 packs is required. This applies to the following products:

- Mazin Milk Coconut Biscuits Bag
- Mazin Milk Biscuits Bag
Orders with fewer than 3 packs will incur standard shipping charges. This policy helps us maintain our quality service while managing logistics costs.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to the nature of our food products, we have certain shipping restrictions:
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
- Some remote areas in Canada may experience longer delivery times.
- During extreme weather conditions, shipments may be delayed to ensure product quality.
- Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions due to their perishable nature.
Customs & Import Duties
For shipments to the United States, customers may be subject to import duties and taxes when the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
Huchflex is not responsible for any customs and import duties that may be applied to your order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
