Refund & Return Policy

Our Guarantee

At Huchflex, we take pride in the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened food items for health and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or show signs of use
  • Products that are no longer in their original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at returns@huchflex.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Full refund
  • Store credit

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@huchflex.com or call 1-800-HUCHFLEX (1-800-482-4353) to request a return authorization.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging if possible.
  4. Include your RMA number and original receipt with your return.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to show up in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@huchflex.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@huchflex.com and we will provide you with return instructions.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@huchflex.com. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process.
